Over the last week or so my internet has been awful, during the evenings I get constant ping spikes which makes gaming unbearable.
My package should give me around 250mb but I'm lucky to receive 10mb at the moment. Nothing has changed within my house, I'm on the superhub 3 but it is in modem mode for me to use another router. It has been this way since 2018 but only recently the internet has been giving me problems across all devices.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once done we can comment.
