I have been unable to send emails from my ntlworld address via the Samsung mail adress for the last few weeks so I decided to uninstall and reinstall app. I am now unable to set app up as i am getting an error message. Picture of error message and settings attached. Can anyone help? I have used a new email app password set up through vm settings

Can you confirm if you're able to sign in via your MY Virgin Media account and access your emails that way?

Is it giving you any error at all?
Also is the phone fully updated to the latest software?
What happens when you try and add it, does it let you set it up but you get an error/ message when you try to send one? Cheers

Couldn't verify account
Server does not support authentication

Sorry to hear this Coxc66, have you tried to make sure the phone is updated to the latest software?
Are you setting up manually or automatic in the settings?
Does this let you login and send on other platforms?
Is it just on Samsung mail app you are having this issue? Cheers
