I am a virgin media customer. I have virgin.net email accounts from which all emails are routed to my main virgin media email account. I cannot remember my virgin net passwords but need to access the full accounts as it appears that some emails sent to those accounts are being treated as spam and not forwarded. I understand the virgin media team will contact me in due course from this forum to reset the passwords? I thought I used to be able to change these passwords from my main email account, which I have access to, but this function appears to have disappeared.

We have support here for additional/secondary email issues here, if you take a look over there and if you're still experiencing issues let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.

Or even try incognito / private mode. 😇
