Still no email after 2 days - the mod said the issue is fixed but not for me

I'm still getting the same error messages that I got when the problem first started Thursday afternoon.  I've tried changing the password as it suggests but made no difference whatsoever.

Thank you for keeping us posted. Can you please clear your cookies and cache and try this again?
