I have had my old ntlworld email account hacked and they have taken ownership of this email.

This person has managed to hack my old email account which I still used for some things and are trying sign me up for accounts online prior to then deleting all my emails.

I have no access to this email now and have no idea what they will do. How can i get this blocked?
