Can not access NTLworld email

Hi 

i cannot access my ntlword email, I tired my usual details and its not working - I cannot log in via the VM site:

the error is:

Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email.
 
my email is [REMOVED]@ntlworld.com
please help

We're sorry to hear of the email access issues experienced. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

As you have advised you are able to access it via webmail, can you follow these steps for us please:

 

  • Sign in to My Virgin Media
  • Go to Account settings, then Account details
  • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
  • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
  • Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
  • Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.

Let us know if this helps resolve the access issues.

I have tired that and it says:

Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email.

 

I also tired to reset the password and i got:

Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media.
