Hello, I need to get into my hub settings to switch off 5g so I can set up a device on 2g, but I don't know my password to get access to the hub. I've connected to this link http://192.168.0.1 and I have this message " Sign in to view or modify your Hub 3.0 settings." but I don't know the password and there isn't an option for password recovery!
Can anyone suggest how to recover my password?

You need the settings password which is printed on tthe base of the hub.

If you have forgotten your password there is no recovery except to pinhole reset the Hub. This will reset the passwords to the ones on the bottom of the Hub.

No it's not that one, I've tried twice with it and each time it's rejected

I have the hub password for connecting to WiFi, but it isn't the password for access to hub settings.

HI again Dave,
there are two passwords on the base of the hub. The screenshot below shows where the settings password is located.

Thank you for your responses. I've just realised it's the hub password on the bottom of the hub and not wifi password !!!!
