Unable to cancel Disney+
Hi - can someone please help. My virgin media Disney+ free trial is coming to an end at the end of the month and I want to cancel before I start getting charged. I can't do this via Disney but when I try via my virgin media account (my account >>> entertainment services >>>click on manage disney+) the page flicks to manage disney+ for a fraction of a second before flipping back - I can just about see a sentence about cancelling pop up before the page flips back to entertainment services. Is there another way? Can someone do this for me? Or fix the glitch?927Views0likes5CommentsDisney+ Plus blocked by Virgin
Hi, Virgin Media seems to have a block in place for Disney+. Can see other people having the same issue. Opening Disney on multiple iOS devices or multiple Samsung TVs generates errors. Disney+ does work when switching to 4G networks and when using a VPN. I've tried: Deleting, reinstalling, logging in/out the apps on phone and TV. Accessing with and without a VPN. Works with a VPN but not without. Rebooting the Virgin router I’m based in Gloucestershire. Not sure what to do now. It’s been like this for a number of days. How can I resolve this? Hey I switched to Virgin broadband last week and for the last 3 days I’m not able to access DisneyPlus. I have tried my laptop, phone, fire stick and sky box and it won’t work on any of them when I’m connected to Virgin. If I hotspot and use my mobile data it works so it is definitely a Virgin issue. I have tried resetting the app, clearing cache etc but no luck. Does anyone have a fix for this?74Views1like3CommentsDisney + not working on WiFi
Hi, I've been having an issue with Disney+ not working on the wifi on any devices for over a month now. I've logged it with Disney+ support who have tried all the troubleshooting steps they have available and none of them work. I've restarted my modem hundreds of times, yet to no resolve. Disney+ support have escalated it to their next line of support however I've been waiting a month. Is there any solutions to this?91Views0likes2CommentsError code 36 and tv restarts
Hi there, I have noticed lately that when I open Apple tv or Disney plus or Amazon prime video, as soon as I click on a tv show or movie on any of these apps, my tv restarts and a message with error code 36 appears. The interesting part is that it only happens in my main living room with my main virgin media tv box. In the bedroom it works perfectly fine. The tv in the living room is a 2017 Sony Bravia, in our bedroom it is a 2020 or 2021 LG. In the living room we also have a PS5 and when I turn HDR on my tv keeps restarting every 5 seconds. So i thought it’s the cable, I ordered the best Hdmi cable which supports all the latest technology, but no change. And I think it’s only happening since I upgraded to 360 but at the beginning I can’t remember happening. Netflix works fine. It’s very frustrating that I am unable to watch Apply tv, Disney plus, Amazon prime video through my virgin media tv box on my big tv in the living room. Can anyone help please? Thank you.31Views0likes1CommentDisney+ on the Newly converted 360
I converted my V6 to 360 yesterday without any problems. I setup all the apps I can with the exception of Disney+. I have an existing Disney+ account, and all the instructions say I can simply log on to the app and it will work. Well, it doesn't. I am able to log on successfully, but it the screen says I do not have a subscription, go to Virgin and get a subscription. I have logged out of all my other Disney+ devices in case there was a number limit, but it still wont recognise that I have a subscription. I have accessed my Disney+ threw my phone, so I do have a subscription. I do not want my Disney account adding to my virginmedia account. So, why is it not working?83Views0likes3CommentsNew package deal
I agreed to a new deal and have a few questions. when will my virgin media update to show the new package? I am waiting for the new router to come as I’m switching from 350mb to 1gb speed. I did receive an email saying my new package includes 1gb and removed the 350mb package. i specifically asked whether the annual price increase would apply to me or will my charge remain the same for the full 18 months and was told it will stay the same and no need to worry about the annual price increases. The contract doesn’t state this though, it shows the price increases, I need clarification. will my o2 sim that I got as part of the bundle automatically show up on my virgin media app? When I try to add, it doesn’t have an add existing sim option. I have received and activated the sim and also logged into the myO2 app I was told that I will get 3 months Disney plus subscription free and £2 off the subscription thereafter however I have not been told how to activate this is there anywhere to find contact numbers to speak to someone when there’s issues? appreciate any help245Views0likes6CommentsError code 36 Disney plus.
