    Hi sefo1979

If you are unable to connect to Disney+ using VM broadband then it may be due to a VPN which doesn't use your actual VM internet address..

Are you using a VPN?  Some are used by anti virus programs and others can be browser extensions.

Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and check that the IPv4 address matches the one showing in your VM hub under Admin > Info > WAN IP Settings > IPv4 address.

I’m having the exact same problem. The app is not working in my devices when using VM WiFi but is doing so when I use my mobile data. Therefore it’s not the app that is the problem. I don’t use a VPN either.

Streaming TV services can be blocked by having Parental Controls enabled.

  • Hi, I am also having this issue. Disney has not been working for a month now on home WiFi but works on mobile data. Disney + support have tried all their troubleshooting steps which haven't worked and I've restarted the modem a million times. Any advise would be great.

      Hi Daniel_H96,

      Thanks for coming back here.

I've just replied to your thread here: Disney + not working on WiFi

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

      Thanks,
