Disney+ Not Working

Hey

I switched to Virgin broadband last week and for the last 3 days I’m not able to access DisneyPlus. I have tried my laptop, phone, fire stick and sky box and it won’t work on any of them when I’m connected to Virgin. 
If I hotspot and use my mobile data it works so it is definitely a Virgin issue. I have tried resetting the app, clearing cache etc but no luck. Does anyone have a fix for this?

    We're having the exact same issue here:

    Second time it's happened to us since moving house last year though last time it fixed itself eventually. Never had this at the old house and have been a Virgin customer since they were Telewest so I can assure you it's not a normal thing with Virgin.

    I don't have any solutions at the moment but you could try going to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to double check your IP is showing as being from the right country and not being forwarded anywhere by a VPN or anything else.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with Disney + at the moment. 

    Are you getting any error message, when trying to access Disney + on your devices? Please could you try to reset your hub and let us know if that makes any difference unless you've tried that already.
