Disney+ on the Newly converted 360

I converted my V6 to 360 yesterday without any problems. I setup all the apps I can with the exception of Disney+.

I have an existing Disney+ account, and all the instructions say I can simply log on to the app and it will work. Well, it doesn't.

I am able to log on successfully, but it the screen says I do not have a subscription, go to Virgin and get a subscription.

I have logged out of all my other Disney+ devices in case there was a number limit, but it still wont recognise that I have a subscription. I have accessed my Disney+ threw my phone, so I do have a subscription.

I do not want my Disney account adding to my virginmedia account.

So, why is it not working?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear about the issues that you are facing with Disney +. Your existing account, is the email address the same as the registered email address on your Virgin Media account?

  • Yes, the account details for Virgin Media and Disney+ are the same.
