Error code 36 and tv restarts
Hi there, I have noticed lately that when I open Apple tv or Disney plus or Amazon prime video, as soon as I click on a tv show or movie on any of these apps, my tv restarts and a message with error code 36 appears.
The interesting part is that it only happens in my main living room with my main virgin media tv box. In the bedroom it works perfectly fine. The tv in the living room is a 2017 Sony Bravia, in our bedroom it is a 2020 or 2021 LG. In the living room we also have a PS5 and when I turn HDR on my tv keeps restarting every 5 seconds. So i thought it’s the cable, I ordered the best Hdmi cable which supports all the latest technology, but no change. And I think it’s only happening since I upgraded to 360 but at the beginning I can’t remember happening. Netflix works fine.
It’s very frustrating that I am unable to watch Apply tv, Disney plus, Amazon prime video through my virgin media tv box on my big tv in the living room.
