Not getting no were near the amount of MBPS i am meant to get
So recently noticed when i have been downloading games etc on my PC i have been getting roughly 8MBPS, i am paying for M250 Which says i should receive around that, but im getting no were near that.. Can someone from virgin media please help I am at my wits end. The email address used to access my account is now defunct and can't be reinstated. To change the account email address the VM system requires... access to the old email inbox. The only email change process sends a verification email to the old address. How can I change the account email address without access to it? I keep being told I’m reaching maximum security questions after only 2 attempts and at this point I just want to cancel my account but cannot do so due to the email issue. Hi, I accepted an online offer on the 29/09/25. I received 2 emails, one with an order reference number, and another with two pre contract documents. There's been nothing since. I checked the account to see if there has been any progress and nothing. We have actually just had a bill generated with the higher cost of our old contract. The contract is due to run out in the coming days. I hoped the online process was going to be a lot easier, and I was happy with what I've been offered, but now I'm stressed. I signed up for virgin media and received an email with with a summary of my order, an estimated delivery date of the 11/10/25, and a statement saying I would get a confirmation email with my official contract and actual delivery date. I would like to move my hub to the opposite side of my living room. It is currently about 3 meters away from the cable entry point. I would like to move it next to the entry point so just need to get a short cable to replace the long cable that was originally installed. Can I purchase a new short cable for this ?VAT receipts?

Hi, for quite some time now I've been unable to access my bills. I've tried every day for weeks. Here's what happens. Select Billing and payments | View your bill | Broadband, TV and landline which takes me back to: Select Billing and payments; and so on and so on in a continuous loop. It is the same on any device, phone, tablet, Desktop PC either using the website or via the app or the link in the original email inviting me to look at my bill (which was different to usual). I have seen several posts about this but it seems the only way to actually receive the promised free gift is to complain, complain, complain Installation date 26th July - and as yet, no TV, or even any idea when it will be sent I have made 4 complaints, and been told another team will handle it and respond in 72hours. Not had a single piece of contact from them! I have just viewed my new bill and I have been charged an extra £35 on the one off charges section but on the section all the items listed as 'free' and say £0.00 but then it still says £35 so what exactly have I been charged for? I’m very disappointed with how my recent complaint was handled. When I signed up for my service, the information provided by the representative was completely different from what Virgin Media is now claiming. I raised a formal complaint (C-0610255977), but it was closed without any resolution or agreement, and I haven’t received any follow-up or explanation since then.
