Recordings not deleting

HeyI’m  having problems with my box not deleting recordings that I have asked it totried resetting the box (power off fully and back on) no differencetried deleting via app, no differenceany advice?

Resolved! Puzzled by lack of lights V6/360

I've just upgraded my V6 box to 360 and everything seems to be working properly.However, the lights have gone! I can switch it off, it goes off but no red light. Switch on, it comes on but no lights.Any thoughts?

Resolved! 360 Virgin Media Recording Delete Issue

Hi, my Virgin Media 360 box it will no longer delete recorded files. When I click on the dustbin icon the message comes up saying deleting recording, but it doesn't delete the program.
