Hacks on Demand

Started watching Hacks in Sky Max. Watching on Demand a number of episodes are missing from s2 and s3

  • Which episodes are unavailable from a quick look at the app without checking all the episodes they look like they are all there.

  • S2 - E4, 5, 7,

    S3 - E7, 9

     

    only an issue with 360 box they work fine on v6 box.

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your on demand service. I've looked into this and can see that the episodes that you've quoted are available via our demand search. These may have been added since you posted.

        Hi Steven - these episodes listed above are still not available on my 360 box - they appear in the list and have the episode summary and image, but there is no option to watch.

  • I am also unable to watch Season 3 - E7, 9.

    There is no 'Watch from start' option on these episodes. 

    Can someone explain how I can watch these?

      I've just tested series 3, episodes 7 and 9 on my 360 boxes.  They should be available on Sky Max.  The only option I have to play back these two episodes is via On Demand Ultra HD (both do work using that option)

  • I've tried accessing via On Demand Ultra HD but it says I have to subscribe. When I click on subscribe it says "this content is not currently available"!

    Can anyone tell me why I can't watch Series 3, Ep 7, 9 on Sky Max? Seems really odd.

      We've double checked here and the episodes mentioned are both available here also via UHD. Has this updated since your post?

        I can now watch S3 E7.

        But there is still no watch option for S3 E9.

  • I'm having trouble getting S3 E9 to play, same issue as people here. E7 was fine though. Very frustrating.

      Sorry to hear of the issue with S3 Ep9 of Hacks mark1012 and mbul74.

      Can you please confirm if the play option is available currently and if this now indeed works for you?

        I still can't watch it. S3 E9 still no 'Watch from start' option.

    Hacks S3 Ep 9 is also not showing a Watch option. I am seeing the same as the screenshot above. Very confused as to what is causing this?

      Sorry to hear of the On Demand issues with Hacks and specific episodes not being available, thanks for raising this via the forums.

       

      We have double checked our side and the episode is available, once started it also gives the option to resume or watch from the beginning. It's been a few days since your post, is this the same for yourself now?

        Hi - I am still unable to play episode 9. Please advise how to resolve this issue  

  • S3 E9 is showing as available but there is no way to watch it. There is no Watch from start option so it's impossible to resume or watch from beginning.

    This issue has been going on for weeks now so I would appreciate it if Virgin can fix this asap.
