360 box affecting tv

Had 360 box delivered last week since it has been connected I am unable to use my TV remote control or the manual buttons  on TV itself when 360 box is turned on... I can not even swap between the box and my fire stick... any advice please?

Pixelation

CATCH UP

Have the Maxit TV package why when we go to watch programmes on catch up from say ITV or E4or some other channels , it says we need to subscribe ? never had this issue until 2 days ago anyone know ?

Where is my Watchlist
