Resolved! Hub Speed

My Hub 3 speed has been consistently much lower than my Contract using 3 different, reliable ‘Speed Test’ tools.However when I use the Virgin App. it shows my speed is as per my Contract.Has anyone else experienced this worrying discrepancy?
