The usual reason for 93Mbps over ethernet is the connection dropping to 100Mbps instead of 1000Mbps.
Check the connection speed in your device properties. Try a different cable.

Its not the cable, I usually get 960mbps on avearge, this has just been the past few days. I have 2 cables running into the home office area and both are the same values on Sam Knows speed test.

So I should have done this to start with lol, just rebooted the Hub 5 and now getting 853mbps which is about right for Friday night peak time
