Sunday broadband outage

Can anyone explain why virtually every Sunday I have to reboot the Virgin box to get connected? This usually corrects the problem but it’s getting to be a bit of a nuisance since we have a number of things connected to it.

    Which Virgin box is it that you're having to reboot? Are you talking about the modem, or a TV box? I'd presume the former, but can you confirm - since you originally posted this query in the TV-V6 section (I have moved it)

    Assuming this is a broadband query... do you have a link to a BQM? If not, that's one of the first things to setup and link to. This monitors your connection 24/7/365 and provides good evidence of underlying issues.
