Drop outs for over 2 weeks now

Again someone called to arrange a visit no one came, advised re our loss of data with no WiFi we can order a dongle, put through to another department to order and they cut us off the call ! What a joke

Outside box broken

Hi,The outside box for my Wi-Fi has been kicked and broken. I have attempted to tape it up on a few occasions however it is now broken properly.Would it be possible to send someone out to fix this? Thanks
