I need to move my tv box and router to the other end of my living room, can I buy extension cables anywhere or do I need an engineer to visit?
VM will supply pre-made coax cables of 3/5/10/15 metres. Longer ones need a Tech install.
Try calling in and requesting one first. A VM person will respond here and can help - but it will be a day or two.

A big thank you to jbrennand for their advise here so far. Have you been able to sort this since your last post or do you need us to arrange an engineer appointment to move the Hub for you?
