Eu não tenho acesso a minha fatura. E eu preciso do código de área para fazer o cadastro. Mas eu também não tenho os dois dígitos. Meu post code é NW23AL.

    I don't have access to my account. And I need the area code to register. But I also don't have the two digits. My area code is nw23AL.

    Hi  Mcb12,

    You should write in English and not Portugese when posting on these forums.

    The Forum Staff are unlikely to be able to use a translation system to read your post, however for their benefit the OP is saying  

    Although Nednats​ has supplied a link to a site that contains postcodes, it isn't an official VM site, it's actually a third party site that contains incorrect and missing information.  For example my postcode area isn't listed.

    Hi!

    I didn't receive any welcome kit, and I didn't receive any paper bill. Therefore, I don't have access to my account number. And the email I registered with, I don't have access to it. Could someone please help me?
