Returned white box by accident

Hi! I closed my account and sent the broadband back. However, I also shipped small white box with the cable to it. Is it possible to return it? My account number is.

[REMOVED]

I used Yodel to ship the parcel. It was shipped from [REMOVED]. It was shipped on Tuesday, 16th Dec.

Kindly refrain from posting personal/account specific info on public forums, thanks.

What is the 'white box' you are referring to?

Something that belongs to you personally and you want back or something that belongs to VM but did not really need to be returned?

  • Hello RitaKolesnikova,

Was this equipment that belonged to you and not VM when doing our returns process? Please let us know so we can help return your belongings if that was case, we want to ensure we can get this back to you! 😀

No, the white box belongs virgin media I believe. This is the one that you connect the cable with the green edge (I think it’s network). As I’m renting the flat this box came with the flat so I would like to get it back and it wasn’t part of the things I needed to return to VM

This sort of white box which connects the fibre optic cable with the green connector on the end or something else?

If you have sent back something that belonged to VM anyway, it just means that the next person trying to connect to VM with a 'Quick Start' kit will have to call out a VM tech to replace whatever is missing.

If you can find an example pic online yourself and post/link it here of what kit is missing you will get better info on what it does and how important it is.
