When will the Broadband in my area be available

Hi there , 

we had the virgin cables installed in the street with boxes almost a year ago in WS5  area in Walsall.

still no signs of any broadband activation.

Could anyone /customer support from virgin help  about the usual timeline for this as I want to change my  service provider so wanted to know before signing another 2 years with another provider with poor service . Thanks

    As anything with this, planning permission and gaining permits can take a long time.

    However we will send you a DM fill a form in which goes to the build team who will reach out within 14 working days.

    we have the same issue ,street work was done a year ago ,no broadband service in the area yet . I am having issues with my current provider i.e poor service , so wanted to change the provider.  before I move with another provider I wanted to check ,as it will be 24 months contact ,I will be stuck . there is no full fibre broadband provider in our area as yet .

    will appreciate your update .
