Hub 5

I had a HUB 5 fitted recently, it appears the WPS button doesnt work , i cant get remote printing via my mobile. i could before the hub 5 was fitted, do i need a different hub or another engineer visit ?thanks 

Can get Wi-Fi in one room

I can’t seem to get any WiFi on my daughters TV it is the furthest away from the hub but have a pod next to the tv and even hard wired that my to the tv still no internet?  And advice?

Pausing Devices Not Working

When I pause devices which I don’t recognize. They don’t stay paused. It’s becoming extremely frustrating as I don’t know what these devices are.

WiFi pod not connecting to hub 4

Had a black WiFi pod delivered today and it will not connect to the hub 4 at all, I have tried the connect app also but it says it cannot find the hub even though it’s working fine. I have reset the hub 4 also and no luck.
