Resolved! Connect app unable to find Hub5

We upgraded from the hub3 to the hub5 a couple of days ago and since then the connect app can’t find the hub. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app, rebooted the hub, not using a VPN, connected to home Wi-Fi. Any suggestions please?

Net has been out for 3 days now, what are virgin up to?

My net has been out since morning sunday 21st may.For this entire 3 days i have been getting spammed with texts from Virgin every coulple hours, "There's an outage in your area", "Great news we've fixed your service", "There's an outage in your area"...

Resolved! Connect app won’t find hub 5

My connect app can’t find my hub 5, I have done a hard reset but it’s still not working and I’m connected to my virgin broadband which is working fine any ideas???
