my virgin media app

hi I have set up a my virgin media account and I have entered an incorrect email address so cannot verify or set up app.  Can you help please 

Account details not showing on app

Whenever I log into my account using a web browser everything comes up. When I log in, using the exact same details, on to the app it just tells me that, ‘We’ll have you set up in the next 48 hours.’ But I’ve been set up for around 2-3 months.
