Email not sending - Correct Server Settings
Can someone please help. I am going mad with this and going round in circles. Recently my emails from my outlook app have not been sending and now emails from my desktop outlook at not sending either and I am being prompted to enter a user name and password. I rely on my emails and the only way I can send email is through the webmail. I have had a virginmedia account for years now. Emails are coming in but cannot be sent. Please help. I tried to phone 151 but there is no option for email assistance anymore. The pop up box to enter these details is consistent and it is annoying to say the least. Struggled to log in to my desktop VM site, and email on desktop and phone. Eventually managed to sort that, but now I can't login to MYO2, VMConnect etc on phone. Keeps asking for a passkey. I've enabled my Google account passkey, but can't set one up for VM or O2 related apps. I've tried using a different verification method, and get an email sent to me to verify. I can't log in with it ... because I have forgotten it. the VM site tries to force me to login using the email that is used to access My Virgin Media account and change THAT password i.e. my primary email address - I don't want to change that password... Hi I need help logging in to my virgin media account please. I have a new account but it’s using the same email as my old account was. When I go to login my password doesn’t work and when I try reset it, it simply won’t let me. I can’t register again as it says the my email is already registered. Hi, I am not able to register my Virgin Media account. it always gives following error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." I tried phone, laptop, different browser, incognito browser, all different 20+ passwords, with different lengths and combinations. It never takes it.
