I need to re-set password on secondary email

I need to re-set the password on my secondary VM email account.

I can't log in with it ... because I have forgotten it.

the VM site tries to force me to login using the email that is used to access My Virgin Media account and change THAT password i.e. my primary email address - I don't want to change that password...

Please advise.. TIA

    There are no secondary emails anymore.  Each mailbox is now an individual entity.  Have you setup the 3rd party email to access this mailbox and also the new 4 word app password?  If you logon to to My VM using your "secondary" email address, it should prompt you to create a new 3rd party email to use.

      "and also the new 4 word app password?" - no, never

      "  If you logon to to My VM using your "secondary" email address, it should prompt you to create a new 3rd party email to use." - can't do this as I don't know the password (see initial message)
