Secondary E-mail Problem With Password

Good Evening, I'm Having issues trying to change a secondary e-mail password, the link in the change your password section does not help, To make things more complicated i had the email address, account deleted last year by yourself's as i was hacked and lost control on the account. 

is it possible to change the password or not ?

    Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with changing the password for an email address/account. I'm a little confused though, as you've said the account has already been deleted? Would you mind clarifying the situation and what you're asking for help with, please?

      OK so the main account was on an e-mail of REMOVED @virgin.net this is the one i had deleted as it had been hacked and i lost control, I have two secondary e-mails associated with the main account, It is one of these that I'm having trouble with, I'm unable to reset the password.
