Memorable password issue

I cant get a memorable password, I try to update it but all it says is try again later, idk what the issue is but the only solution ive been given is to be sent a letter which ive requested now 2 times and never arrived, at this point i dont know what to do because i cant do anything without this password, please help otherwise ill be forced to lock all payments to virgin media
