Memorable Password
I am having an issue with my memorable password - I do not remember it when I set up the account and I cannot see anyway of updating it on the My Virgin Media Page. The advice I have seen already is that I need to go to Account settings and then account details but there is no account details option, I only have these:
Would anyone be help to help? I'm not able to contact them with reagrding to cancelling my contract without it! Thanks!
Thank you for that information. From the screenshot you have provided you need to click on Identity and Security settings> Manage your products> (It may then ask you to click on a verify email. Proceed through the steps and return to the original screen)> Telephone password> Input the new memorable word.
