Memorable Password

I am having an issue with my memorable password - I do not remember it when I set up the account and I cannot see anyway of updating it on the My Virgin Media Page. The advice I have seen already is that I need to go to Account settings and then account details but there is no account details option, I only have these:

Would anyone be help to help? I'm not able to contact them with reagrding to cancelling my contract without it! Thanks!

    Have you tried to go down the forget password route at all?

      I have my password and recovery code but just not the word that I need to speak to a member of your team on the phone - if I reset the password does that mean I will have a prompt to reset my memorable word?

        Do you need to reset your memorable word? 

        We can look at sending this out for you if you wanted us to?
