My Virgin Media App does not work.

My Virgin My Media App does not work. VM connect also does not work. I can only go do sign in my account on the websit. This happened after I was a week late with a payment (I forgot). Now everything is paid, but the app isn't working. I tried reinstalling apps several times, changing my password, restarting my phone, but nothing helped. What should I do? I need access to these apps.
