Similar to other messages I am unable to use my Virgin email address to set up an account with Mozilla Thunderbird. I had been using Mozilla for a few years with no problems, but now find that my account has disappeared. I have tried to put it in as a new account, but it's refused. I have made a new virgin o2 password but that also does not give me access. It's a nightmare as Virgin technical are unable or unwilling to listen and help. H Jones
Can you login to My VM with your new VMO2ID account? Can you access the mailbox via Webmail? To use Mozilla have you setup the new four word password for email clients?

Once you have generated the 4-word app password, you use your VM email address along with the 4-word app password to set up Thunderbird. You also need to check the server settings are the same as shown below
