Disappointing Service

Similar to other messages I am unable to use my Virgin email address to set up an account with Mozilla Thunderbird. I had been using Mozilla for a few years with no problems, but now find that my account has disappeared. I have tried to put it in as a new account, but it's refused. I have made a new virgin o2 password but that also does not give me access. It's a nightmare as Virgin technical are unable or unwilling to listen and help. H Jones

    Can you login to My VM with your new VMO2ID account?  Can you access the mailbox via Webmail?  To use Mozilla have you setup the new four word password for email clients? 

  • Thank you for your reply. Yes I can access the mailbox via Webmail. I have set up the new four word pass word for apps ( including Mozilla0

        Hi Deepak-S,

        Unfortunately I am still unable to set up my virgin media email address as an account on Mozilla Thunderbird. I would appreciate your help in getting an answer to this, but would need the most basic instructions as I am not proficient in this sort of procedure. Thanks
