Unable to Login to Mobile Apps
Hello, I'm unable to login to either of the two mobile apps (My Virgin Media and VM Connect) from my phone. It seems like there's an issue with the OAuth process. Below are screenshots of every step I'm currently able to access on both apps: I click "Sign in" and this popup appears: 2) The following menu opens; I input my email address and click "Next": 3) Instantly, the following page appears and I'm unable to go any further: I've tried the following troubleshooting steps: Disconnecting from WiFi and attempting to login on mobile, Turning off iCloud Private Relay in case this was interrupting the process, Changing my default browser to see if that changes how this popup is processed, Opening the OAuth tab in an external browser outside of the popup dialogue, Deleting and reinstalling both apps, Other random email addresses to see if it's an issue with my account in particular (they also fail in the same way). Can someone please help. I am going mad with this and going round in circles. Recently my emails from my outlook app have not been sending and now emails from my desktop outlook at not sending either and I am being prompted to enter a user name and password. I rely on my emails and the only way I can send email is through the webmail. I have had a virginmedia account for years now. Emails are coming in but cannot be sent. Please help. I tried to phone 151 but there is no option for email assistance anymore. The pop up box to enter these details is consistent and it is annoying to say the least. Hello, I am a new customer and I am unable to log in to my virgin media account. When I click sign in it says : ''Sorry, you can't access this page''. Then it tells me to link my virgin media account to my o2 account, then it tells me that they have found my account but the email adress dosn't match. Morning all, Just looking for some help please as cannot see anything online and i think i might be loosing the plot. This is my first month with Virgin, which has been good apart from the Virgin app for my mobile is in a constant loop at the sign in page (below, if i click sign in it just comes back to the same screen) - i have not been able to use it and have tried the usual delete cash, clear history and delete and redownload but I am just stuck on this screen constantly. I can access the router via the direct url but i wanted to use the app to access the additional features. Hi, I am a virgin customer. I had everything working until I moved houses. Now the my virgin media app doesn't work when u try to view my bill, pay my bill, or even see the amount owed on the home screen. It just presents with the error message "talk to support etc". I have signed out and back in. Deleted cache and cookies etc. uninstalled. Any help would be appreciated.766Views0likes2Comments
