Thanks for posting in regard to your recent move and the MyVM app, we understand the confusion this can cause.
Depending on when you moved, the details should have been requested to be moved over but this can take a few days to update. If you can confirm when the move took place we can check if this is over the time it usually takes and assist further.

Im having the same problem, my services also aren’t activated and I’ve been in the new place for 3 days now. How did you get your account into my virgin media? I can’t get internet and also CS won’t speak to me unless I confirm details of an account I can’t see in My Virgin Media!
