Cant see my new account after moved out

Moved house, given new account number but when I'm logging in my virgin page I can see only my old account. My old account was assigned to the same email as new one. So I can't create new account in my virgin media page.

App login

Hi can't login to my vergin media app it's saying enter valid email address it's the same email address I have used up until now without any problems need to access it to check my bill and payment date. Thanks

No Verification Email

Hi,I've been trying to login to the Virgin Media app but have forgotten my password and cannot reset as the email has never been verified but I am unable to find the verification email.

Hub 4 not detected

Terrible. New customer and saying no hub 4 detected. Done everything but obviously useless app. No details about my account on my virgin app. Terrible. And still waiting for some pods so can get WiFi even though have gig package.
