Email verification not working

When signing up to My Virigin Media, my email verification link expired and no matter how many times I try and get the link resent it never comes.I've done it many times and checked my junk/spam folder. It's definitely not come through.Help please!

Cant see my new account after moved out

Moved house, given new account number but when I'm logging in my virgin page I can see only my old account. My old account was assigned to the same email as new one. So I can't create new account in my virgin media page.
