Cannot meet password criteria for creating account

Hi, I too am experiencing the same issues. I have conformed to the requirements set out about and have spent nearly 1-week trying different passwords etc. I have also tried through a mobile phone, home laptop, work laptop...all give the same result. ...

I have been trying for days now to set up a password for my virgin media broadband account, I need to sign in asap to my virgin media but it won't let me pick a password I've tried all the solutions and combinations that are available, a private mess...

New customer account number

I am trying to register my online account but is it saying my account number is not recognised. I have been going round in circles with this, I have called up several times and getting nowhere. All I want it to be able to access my online account!
