Can’t log into App

The app will not log me in with my username and password. I can on a PC no problem but not the app. It will allow me if I select login with sim details but then I can’t access my bills etc.

Ethernet cable

I am forever having to turn my box off and on. The Ethernet cable fitted by virgin hardly ever works so I have to keep changing to WiFi? I find it hopeless to speak to virgin and just can’t get through to speak to anyone what can I do?

Resolved! Unable to register - AP103

I am a new customer (not installed yet) but I am unable to register either through the App or online. I keep getting an AP103 error and then it says that password is not valid.

New account number
