Resolved! Login problem

Can't log into my Virgin media account on the app or website. Says my email or password is incorrect. I get monthly emails so I know the email is correct. Tried to change my password but it won't accept my email. Going round in circles.

Cant register

Despite receiving emails confirming my account details, I can't register on the app or on the website. Calling the help number got me nowhere too. How on Earth can I resolve this and get control of my browser settings?
