I've forgotten my password and am trying to reset it but I don't receive any of the password reset emails. I've also forgotten my memorable word so I can't reset it over the phone.Any help?

I have just registered to My Virgin Media, and upon trying to login in it is stating that I need to verify my email. I haven’t received any email for the my virgin media app in order to confirm.

I’m trying to set up my virgin media account and I’m not receiving the verification email to activate and log in. My email is correct and i’ve tried multiple times to resend it and gotten nothing.
- I have an old account which was deactivated and set up a new one a few weeks ago but the app is still connected to the old one as they have the same email how do I change this over so can see the new accounts details how do I change this over ????
