Can’t Register

I can’t register for a virgin account it keeps saying ‘ Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one.’ I have tried 20+ different passwords still no luck

No Verification email received

I’m still unable to log in on the app or my online account as I haven’t received a verification email. How do I go about getting a new one sent?Thanks in advance.

Unable to login to ios apps on ios 16.5

Turned off private relay and vpn like it suggested and it just won't let me log in to the apps. Goes to open the authentication window to sign in but closes again straight away for the my virgin media app and the connect app just keeps saying I'm not...

What is My Area Code

Hi. I'm trying to set up my Virgin media app and I'm wondering if somebody could help me with the area reference for  sk7 - There is a reference to it on my Virgin media contract information sheet but it has been left blank.It will not let me sign up...

Wrong Email Provided

When setting up my virgin media app I have used .co.uk on my email address instead of .com and an unable to verify the log in as email address does not exist. Please can you help me resolve this.
