I can't register on the app for my landline, but have no problems registering for my mobile.Contacted virgin who gave me a direct phone number for technical support - which turned out to be 'Domestic & General'!

Hello,Each time I sign into the app it shows my old account number and I cannot see a way of changing to the new account number. Any suggestions on how to get this changed?
