I'm unable to register on the app

I can't register on the app for my landline, but have no problems registering for my mobile.Contacted virgin who gave me a direct phone number for technical support - which turned out to be 'Domestic & General'!

Signed up with wrong email address

HelloI am a new customer and have mistyped my email address when signing up for my virgin media account and therefore cannot verify my email to access my account. Is there a way this can be resolved for me? Thanks

My app shows unavailable since moving house

Since I moved house on Monday my virgin media app is just saying unavailable and not showing any of my info, I think my account needs updating to the new one but Im unsure how to do this.  Anyone know? Cheers

Can’t Reset password

I’m having trouble resetting my password, every time I try it tells me there’s not enough information to reset the password right now. I’ve tried on other devices as well as uninstalling and re installing but nothing works.
