Hi,
I just bought a 500mb broadband deal and accidentally put .com rather than .co.uk. I can’t access the email and also I can’t find any numbers online to help get this sorted out!

I have also mistyped my email address when signing up for my virgin media account (broadband) and cannot confirm my email to access my account.

Hi,
I think the person at the call centre misspelled my email address during my sign up call. I know what he mistyped it as so should be easy to correct to but I just need help doing the change so that I can receive my bills and access my account etc.
