Landline problem

Anyone at Virgin know if there is a landline problem in KY1 3DS? Cannot contact elderly mother

Resolved! Is Home phone switchover to hub compulsory?

Hi,I currently use my home phone fairly infrequently, but just wondering if its compulsory to switch my home phone into the hub? The wording from the email/text messages stipulates that I 'must' do this  Thanks

My mother's phone has been disconnected. I have been trying to get someone to help at virgin media for 3 and a half answers. She has an alarm plugged into it, now nothing works. What an appealing way to treat a vulnerable customer.

Landline not accepting calls

Landline disabled again

My contract ends today so the landline should still be working but I noticed first thing this morning that it's been cut off again.
