No Dial Tone

My landline has stopped working, how do I report a fault, there is nothing on the website for logging this issue.

    Sorry to hear of the landline issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

     

    Can you confirm if the landline works via a wall socket or the Hub? If it is the Hub, are you experiencing any other service issues with your broadband?

    If it is the wall socket, can you try a different wall socket and if possible a different phone and let us know if either of these resolve the issue?

    Wall socket, tried another phone. How do I book an engineer ?
