Hi, no dial tone and phone not ringing. I bought a new phone as I thought old one was broken but no difference. It is still connected as I can call my landline from my mobile. Can any one help? Tried testing the socket as they suggest on help pages.

Are you using the old style phone sockets, or the newer connection on the VM Hub?
