For some reason incoming calls do not ring anymore. Our phones aren’t on mute or privacy mode. They’re plugged into the wall (not yet been migrated over the hub).
Just tried a different landline phone and same thing.
If we call from our mobile and press the answer button on the landline it does actually connect but never rings out.
Used to work fine but stopped a month or so ago. Any ideas please?

Sorry to hear your landline doesn't appear to be ringing when you receive incoming calls.
As you've tried a new handset without any success, it's likely that this is due to a fault called a 'ring trip' and will require a home engineer visit to resolve 😊

In case anyone else stumbles on this thread with the same problem. It turned out that our phone line had been switched over to digital but it didn't work. No one told us we were being switched over, and no one had bothered to check if it still worked.
We've now been switched back to analogue. So, not a fault as such.
