Landline not ringing for incoming calls anymore

For some reason incoming calls do not ring anymore. Our phones aren’t on mute or privacy mode. They’re plugged into the wall (not yet been migrated over the hub).  Just tried a different landline ...

In case anyone else stumbles on this thread with the same problem. It turned out that our phone line had been switched over to digital but it didn't work. No one told us we were being switched over, and no one had bothered to check if it still worked.

We've now been switched back to analogue. So, not a fault as such.
